This month we will learn that we live on our amazing Planet Earth, we will learn that Planet Earth is our house, and how important it is to keep it clean and love it.
We will also learn about the activities we do every day; we will simulate a daily routine. Starting in the morning, we will wake up and kindly say hello to our “Planet Earth” and to our friend “the Sun” who warms us during the day.
We will talk about how to dress up, take a bath, wash our face and teeth, have a healthy breakfast and then come to Aguamarina where we learn a lot of things, play with our friends and have lots of fun.
Based on this topic, during the month, we will work on opposites like: big- small, far- close, full- empty, dirty- clean, tall- short, hot- cold, dark-clear, thin- fat, many-few and more. We will do this through hands-on activities where we’ll experiment with materials, temperatures and textures.
Rima del mes:
La Tierra es redonda
como un balón,
y da muchas vueltas
alrededor del sol.
Value of the month: Respect
Respect is when you speak to others with kind words and act with good manners. You follow the rules and do not talk back to your parents, teachers, or any adult. You appreciate that everyone is different in the way they look, act,or think. You must also respect yourself, if you do do, others will respect you.
